Those hormonal swings had me tossing and turning at night, feeling anxious and irritable all day, and breaking out in sweaty hot flashes off and on all day.

I was exhausted all the time and trying to keep up with busy teens and a nursing job.

By the time I got close to my period, I was depressed and anxious, irritable and moody, and would alternate between heavy periods or no period.

I never knew what to expect. Neither did my family or friends. One minute calm and happy, the next minute a raving lunatic! I thought I was going crazy.

The thing is, I wish I knew then what I know now. There are plenty of things you can do, like diet and lifestyle, along with natural supplements that help you feel a lot more balanced, in control, and more like ‘yourself’.
